iliketheamericanwayofbuying is committed to offering quality products, aiming for the complete satisfaction of its customers. This exchange policy is in full compliance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078 of September 11, 1990), guaranteeing transparency and respect in consumer relations. General conditions

1. exchange for regret or withdrawal: The customer has the right to request an exchange of the product within 7 (seven) calendar days of delivery, in accordance with article

49 of the CDC, without the need to justify the reason for withdrawal.

2. Exchange for defects: In the case of products with obvious or easily identifiable defects, the customer can request an exchange within 30 days for non-durable products and 90 days for durable products, counted from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with articles 26 and 27 of the CDC.

3. Product conditions for exchange:For an exchange to be accepted, the product must be returned without signs of use, in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories, manuals and invoice.

Exchange procedures

1. Request: The exchange request must be made through the customer service department (SAC), by e-mailing iliketheamericanwayofbuying.com or another channel provided by the company, stating the order number, the customer's personal details and the reason for the exchange.

2. Analysis of the request: iliketheamericanwayofbuying reserves the right to analyze the exchange request and, if the product does not comply with the conditions described above, the company may refuse the exchange.

3. Logistics: Once the exchange has been approved, instructions will be provided for returning the product, including, if applicable, coverage of freight costs.

Product exchange

Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, iliketheamericanwayofbuying will exchange it for another product of equal value, depending on stock availability. If the product to be exchanged is of a higher value, payment of the difference will be required.
